Terms of Service

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including what team members you invite do.

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or another network, you authorize us to act on the accounts you choose: publishing the posts you schedule, reading comments, messages and metrics, and sending the replies you write. You must have the right to manage those accounts and must follow each network's own terms. Networks may change or limit their APIs; we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

• No spam, fake engagement, impersonation, harassment or illegal content.
• No content that infringes someone else's rights.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or the connected networks at risk.

You own what you create and upload. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and publish it for you. AI suggestions are yours to use, but review them before posting; you are responsible for what you publish.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime plans cover the features of the purchased tier for the life of the product. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.

We work hard to keep VeloxonHub reliable, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can stop using VeloxonHub and delete your data at any time (see data deletion). We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
