Data Deletion
You can remove the data VeloxonHub Social holds about you at any time, in any of the ways below.
Option 1: Remove VeloxonHub from Facebook or Instagram
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
- Find VeloxonHub Social and click Remove.
- Choose to also delete data, if offered, and confirm.
Facebook notifies us, and we immediately delete every Page and Instagram account you connected through it, along with their tokens, inbox and analytics data. Facebook then shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Option 2: Disconnect inside the app
Sign in, open Accounts, and click Disconnect on any account. Its tokens and related data are deleted right away.
Option 3: Delete your whole VeloxonHub account
Email support@veloxonhub.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete your account, connected accounts, posts, media and settings within 30 days, keeping only the billing records the law requires.
